Almost no gluten free options. Not worth it at all

I really wanted to eat here but they don’t have a separate grill, no gluten free pasta or buns. I hear they have great food just not for someone who has celiac.

Went to Culinary Dropout for Mother’s Day and our waiter was great at listening to my concerns. I ordered a pub burger without the bun and the potato chips since those are made in a separate fryer from the fries. He also made sure the BBQ sauce for the burger was gluten free and that the drink I ordered was gluten free. While the menu overall was not GF friendly, you do have options that make for a tasty meal.

Came here for brunch. They couldn’t modify anything to be gluten free. I ended up having to just get two eggs and bacon. They don’t have GF bread and their potatoes (and everything made with them) apparently contain gluten. I won’t be back. With the menu forced down to like 3 things, it’s far too boring.
I didn’t get sick though, so at least they are careful. I never got a refill on my coffee and it took forever to get the check...
They worked with me to find a safe meal. They’re a “scratch kitchen” so everything is made to order and can be prepared differently if needed. I got the rib plate, with mashed potatoes and green beans.

Staff is very knowledgeable. Multiple items on the menu are GF and the staff will sub items for bread etc i have eaten here three times and never had an issue!!!

A nice selection of GF dishes. Wait staff is knowledgeable. Can always build your own charcuterie board too.
Yes
Server was knowledgeable. They use shared fryers so no nachos or anything along those lines. The Antipasta is a good shareable with the bread on the side
I don’t recommend for anyone celiac unfortunately. The food was delicious but I got very sick after, they do not have a GF menu & waiters don’t seem to be well educated on celiac.

I had dinner here with an Elon University event. Ahead of time I talked with Coral, who was very familiar with celiac. She suggested that I order off the menu and have my food prepared separately instead of eating from the buffet for the event. They do not have a separate fryer but can make almost anything else on the menu GF. I had rainbow trout and green beans, and a side salad. The main dish was a little salty but tasty and safe - no reaction.
This is a new listing, but the staff seems well informed and eager to help. Call ahead for best results!

Popped in with a client that frequents the restaurant. They have a dedicated fryer and the server was super knowledgeable. Most items can be prepared gluten free. Just had the GOCHUJANG BRUSSELS SPROUTS which was served with homemade chips as opposed to bread. Really good
