Got here right as the opened - 10 AM! Worked with 2 staff who explained they DO have a fry-only fryer (technically gf), but since it is next to other gluten fryers, there could be possibly of oil dripping in the other - which I appreciated hearing about. I chose to order fries, since we arrived so early in the day (and I really wanted fries!). GF buns are warmed in their own, separate bag. And all GF food is bagged separate from my husbands (not gf order). I appreciate eating good, safe fast food from Culver’s. Always still remember to ask questions!

Gluten free bun is amazing, be careful of the fries. Sometimes they aren’t made in a separate frier and sometimes they are — pretty hit or miss for me

Arrive right as they open, so there is less risk of cross-contact/contamination with fry-only fryer.

They have an incredible gf hamburger bun and the fries are gluten free and tasty as well! I’ve eaten here several times and have never been disappointed. The staff is knowledgeable about their menu ingredients! I haven’t asked if they have a dedicated kitchen but will inquire next visit!

I’ve eaten here a couple of times with no issues getting a burger with a gluten free bun. They have a shared frier so the fries are not celiac safe. Their custard is gluten free too.

I am low FODMAP which means basically no wheat products, but has other very specific restrictions. Had the grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten free bun (no pickles, add mayo). Can confirm they only season the grilled chicken with salt and pepper. The fries worked fine for me. This is basically the only fast food place that even has any low FODMAP options, so if that’s what you’re looking for, this will definitely work!

My hamburgers gluten-free buns were in a sealed bag. All was in separate bag from the rest of the order. The order was marked "food allergy" on the receipt. Seemed to be handled carefully.

Extremely busy location, they share fryers and I've seen breadcrumbs on my cheeseburger patty before. Bun is alright. Don't trust this location.
