Culver's allergen menu is amazing. You select which allergens you are avoiding and the menu marks what items you need to watch out for. All restaurants should have this.

This Culver’s DOES NOT HAVE A SEPARATE FRYER. Fries are shared with Cheese Curds. So, I just ordered a burger with GF bun
My husband has Celiac, great burger in "wrapped bun" we were told that the fries were also GF. There was no reaction from him when he ate them. We'll definitely visit again, hopefully all Culver's follow the same thing.
The manager was very Knowledgable. She went through the allergy menu and highlighted w wetting for me. I had the mushroom Swiss burger and coke slaw. The coke slaw was delicious. The gf bun was good as well.
The staff were super friendly and helpful!
After lunch I went back up to order a dessert and she remembered that I was gf and automatically adjusted my order.
This Culver’s has not glutened me with the burger yet, and the bun is actually pretty good!
Shared fryer though so I only get the burger
