For an extra $1 You can request a gluten free bun for any of their sandwiches. It is UDI's brand and served warm and sealed. You do have to assemble your sandwich yourself but I believe that is to protect the integrity of the bun. Also, be sure to ask for ketchup, mayo, etc...they tend to forget to supply the condiment that comes on the sandwich unless you specifically request it.
I’ve been here on multiple occasions and I’d say it’s okay for gluten-free people. I’ve never gotten sick here, but I don’t trust that they can completely avoid cross contamination in their burgers and ice cream, especially when things are moving fast around mealtime. A concrete mixer in either flavor with Andes mints is delicious!
I read on the local page that this location was going to have a dedicated fryer, but I waited a few months after opening before going just to see if that would change. I’m so happy to report that the staff informed me that they still have a dedicated fryer for their fries here! I was able to get a combo with the deluxe burger and fries and had no issues afterwards. The cashier seemed knowledgeable about the protocols they had in place and made sure to make that I had a gluten allergy.
