An allergen grid is online. They also have a printable page listing options and a gluten free bun. The staff is trained and follows guidelines. I was told they change gloves, use separate utensils, and even have a separate bin for lettuce, tomatoes, etc. for the gluten free orders. They have sealed prepackaged gluten free buns. I always ask them to mark the order as an "allergy warning". My Celiac child has eaten the gluten free grilled chicken on a gluten free bun several times. I have also noticed they mark her plain frozen custard order as an allergy warning to avoid cross contamination with the scoops.
