Although the fries are unfortunately not gluten free, I believe the hamburgers are because they use gluten free buns in separate packaging. A good rule of thumb is to just not eat most fried things in fast food as most likely they serve chicken nuggets/tenders that also use the same oil.

I would only eat at Culver’s as the last resort due to cross contamination etc. I’m also pretty sure their fryers in general are cross contaminated.

Be careful if you order a concrete mixer. On three separate occasions I have ordered a mixer with M&Ms and Reeses cup, which are gf candies, but have found cookie dough in my mixer! After the 2nd time of the mistake, I gave them one more try. On the 3rd occasion I alerted them of my gluten intolerance and told them what has happened in the past. They seemed very concerned but it still happened. I took it to go, so when I found the cookie dough near the bottom of the mixer, I was extremely upset! I called and talked to the manager. He apologized and he offered me a free mixer for the next time, I told him no because there won't be a next time at this location. He said that he will look into their process to see why it keeps happening, but I don't want to be the guinea pig to find out! So, just be cautious!
The fryer is “separate” but all the grease goes and circulates from all. So separate does not mean safe. Intentions to be gf friendly are there but I can say with certainty that they are intentions. I have gotten sick multiple times ordering the same thing :( Other times safe and fine so it depends, on the flip side the food is good
The first time I went here the cashier said they had fries that were gluten free, fried in a dedicated fryer, but the second time the cashier said they didn't have a dedicated fryer... so I am wondering if they do or don't??
Yes
The young woman who took my order was knowledgable and so friendly!! The food was fantastic! I enjoyed a mushroom and Swiss burger on a gluten free bun along with French fries that are cooked in a dedicated fryer!
Yes
They have gluten free Udi's buns that can be substituted in for regular buns. They also have a gluten allergy button in their ordering system that alerts workers to not cross contaminate.
This location does not offer gluten free buns or other accomodations. Not a safe place to eat

This Culver’s location is great! They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and a septum sealed GF bun in its own package for their burgers! And they put on the receipt to make sure it was safe

Love Culver’s! I had to stop eating their fries because of cross contamination but I usually am fine eating a butter burger no bun. I have gotten sick once but I eat there quite often.

Staff had no idea what I meant when I said "celiac." *cue eyeroll* ugh. Then I asked if has a dedicated gf fryer & staff member said, "Ummmmm, let me check?" Already knew how this was going @ this point. Staff came back & reported no....so I bolted, bc no dedicated fryer & no idea what celiac or gluten is? No thank youuu! #notceliacsafe
