I ordered a double deluxe basket (burger + side+ drink). I asked about the fryer, and they do not have a separate fryer for french fries, so I ordered a side of mashed potatoes (I asked to leave off the gravy and put butter in the side). The order came out in two separate bags (good because my BF doesn't eat GF at Culver's normally), but mashed potatoes with gravy came out with both orders, and I know their gravy is not safe. So I gave him my mashed potatoes.
The bun was steamed and came with the burger patties in a box with the toppings, which is standard. However, I still got glutened, and had forgotten it was what happened the last time I ate there. If you're looking for a Culver's experience, go to the Superior one. It's where I feel safest eating in Superior, and I've not been glutened there (and the french fries are in a dedicated fryer)!

This Culver’s location is great! They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and a septum sealed GF bun in its own package for their burgers! And they put on the receipt to make sure it was safe

Love Culver’s! I had to stop eating their fries because of cross contamination but I usually am fine eating a butter burger no bun. I have gotten sick once but I eat there quite often.

Staff had no idea what I meant when I said "celiac." *cue eyeroll* ugh. Then I asked if has a dedicated gf fryer & staff member said, "Ummmmm, let me check?" Already knew how this was going @ this point. Staff came back & reported no....so I bolted, bc no dedicated fryer & no idea what celiac or gluten is? No thank youuu! #notceliacsafe
