They have a gluten free bun, which is decent. They give it to you packaged, so you know the bun hasn’t been touched. I’m not as confident about the handling. There is definitely a risk of cross contamination. I have been told conflicting things about their fryer.

They have a brochure on the counter with allergens and a page specifically for gluten. The employees were all really young, but the cashier seemed to know a few basic things about what was gluten free. Culver’s was pretty busy and I saw multiple people go up to the cashier later because they were missing part of their order. I had to go up also for missing items. I opted to get the chicken cashew salad with ranch because I wanted to splurge on some glorious frozen custard. I got the turtle sundae, and it was amazing. I always forget how velvety smooth frozen custard is, and it was so great with hot fudge. The salad was ok, mostly just a glorified side salad with chicken. I’ve had the burgers at Culver’s before, and they’re amazing. I think the gluten free bun is even the same brand as Red Robin’s. But the fryer is not dedicated, so no fries. Oh, I forgot to mention that I said I had an allergy to gluten, but they managed to put my husband’s cheese curds on top of my salad fork. So I went back to ask for another one, and the guy grabbed one by the prongs with his hand, then gave it to me. So I ended up rinsing it off in the bathroom to be safe. I was worried that the lack of caution or at least knowledge by all the young employees would result in getting sick, but luckily I didn’t get sick.

I’ve eaten here a couple of times with no issues getting a burger with a gluten free bun. They have a shared frier so the fries are not celiac safe. Their custard is gluten free too.

All the cashier said was they have gluten free buns, no precautions taken

I am low FODMAP which means basically no wheat products, but has other very specific restrictions. Had the grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten free bun (no pickles, add mayo). Can confirm they only season the grilled chicken with salt and pepper. The fries worked fine for me. This is basically the only fast food place that even has any low FODMAP options, so if that’s what you’re looking for, this will definitely work!

My hamburgers gluten-free buns were in a sealed bag. All was in separate bag from the rest of the order. The order was marked "food allergy" on the receipt. Seemed to be handled carefully.

Extremely busy location, they share fryers and I've seen breadcrumbs on my cheeseburger patty before. Bun is alright. Don't trust this location.
