Gluten-free buns are served warm and are not dry like most. All sandwich toppings for gluten-free meals are even kept separate from the toppings for regular meals to ensure no crumbs, etc. My kids love to get the kids meals because they include free custard!
The Wilder Road location has never failed us! Culver’s restaurants in general are usually pretty good if you alert them that you have a gluten allergy. This will be marked on the ticket as it goes back to the kitchen. That said, once in a while one of their Frontline employees may not be as knowledgeable (“newbie”). If any doubt shown, politely asked to speak to the supervisor.

I was pleased to see the butter Burger with the gluten-free bun option. The bun came in a sealed plastic pouch and I believe it was Udi's but was not marked with a brand. My cheeseburger came in a hamburger tray and the bun came separate and I was provided with ketchup mayonnaise and a fry sauce and fork and knife. It was easy to order and I did not get sick from eating it.
I would highly recommend for anyone.

Offers Udi’s GF bun in its own package so cross contamination on that end doesn’t happen. Unsure if they have dedicated fryer, so I just don’t order fries. Milk shakes and frozen custards are amazing. I always ask to wipe down the mixing machine to be safe. Great burgers!

Terrible. A week ago they put glutinous gravy on the mashed potatoes of my son’s gluten-free order. This week they gave him a gluten free bun for his hamburger BUT put his patty on a glutinous bun. My son has Down Syndrome... but he was smart enough to recognize their error... too bad they weren’t.
