Only gluten free bun. That was it

I was trying to order a burger with out a bun and the sweet lady taking my order told me they had gluten free buns. The buns are in their own bag, would be warm when I got it and I could request condiments, lettuce, onion etc that would Come from a fresh bag that wouldn’t be touching anything else. My mustard and ketchup were given to me in packets. I didn’t mind having to assemble my burger myself. I felt this was nicely thought out so that I am protected from what I like to call cross pollination. :) I felt grateful that in a pinch I know I have one more place I can go to to grab a quick bite. Side note: the bun is good. Soft, not overly grainy - works well with the burger.

The burgers are great, they have gluten free buns available and they made sure to ask if it was an allergy. Manager told me the fries were used in the same fryer. Manger was very helpful and food was good.

Great burgers on Udis GF bun. There is a separate area on the grill for burgers so they stay away from the grilled buns. The fries are in a dedicated frier but the manager warned me that sometimes other foods may accidentally fall in there. They have separate condiments for GF customers. Manager was very helpful.

This Culver’s location is great! They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and a septum sealed GF bun in its own package for their burgers! And they put on the receipt to make sure it was safe

Love Culver’s! I had to stop eating their fries because of cross contamination but I usually am fine eating a butter burger no bun. I have gotten sick once but I eat there quite often.

Staff had no idea what I meant when I said "celiac." *cue eyeroll* ugh. Then I asked if has a dedicated gf fryer & staff member said, "Ummmmm, let me check?" Already knew how this was going @ this point. Staff came back & reported no....so I bolted, bc no dedicated fryer & no idea what celiac or gluten is? No thank youuu! #notceliacsafe
