I haven't been to this Culver's before, and went when it was super busy. The person working the register was nice, but new, and didn't know if they had GF buns. O always use the website menu, because it's hit-or-miss if they have a paper allergen menu available.
It's pretty similar to other Culver's restaurants. I got a burger (with GF bun) and side of chili. I would avoid the fryers, because of cross contact.
The bun comes out steamed in an individual wrapper, and the burger and toppings are in a separate box. I ordered mustard, and they gave me mustard packets, to reduce a chance of cross contact. If you open the box, place half of the bun on the buger, close the box, flip the box over, and place the other half of the bun on, it's a pretty easy way to assemble it.
I didn't get sick, the food was tasty as always, and recommend stopping in here if you want a good GF burger.

This Culver’s location is great! They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and a septum sealed GF bun in its own package for their burgers! And they put on the receipt to make sure it was safe

Love Culver’s! I had to stop eating their fries because of cross contamination but I usually am fine eating a butter burger no bun. I have gotten sick once but I eat there quite often.

Staff had no idea what I meant when I said "celiac." *cue eyeroll* ugh. Then I asked if has a dedicated gf fryer & staff member said, "Ummmmm, let me check?" Already knew how this was going @ this point. Staff came back & reported no....so I bolted, bc no dedicated fryer & no idea what celiac or gluten is? No thank youuu! #notceliacsafe
