I had a burger on a gluten free bun. Unfortunately the fries sometimes share a fryer with corn dogs, so no dedicated fryer at this location.
I had the Swiss and mushroom sandwich on a GF bun. They said the fries were in a dedicated fryer. Everything was delicious! I will report back if I have a bad reaction.

They have side options coleslaw, applesauce, broccli and mash potatoes( no gravy) but there is butter available. They have a gluten free bun warmed up and sealed in a package. The customer opens it. There are also salads available. I was offered a menu that lists gluten free options and egg free and dairy free. The manager came out after she heard the word celiac and reminded the person taking the order to not just push a button for gluten free, but to also put allergic. I would trust to eat at this place again and my teenager was satisfied with what she ate.

Stopped here for a quick on-the-go dinner. The burger was great…they even steam the GF bun (packaged separately). Yummy!
My wife is celiac and I have a gluten intolerance. We go to culver's fairly often, but the last few times we went I found random pieces of cake or brownie in my custard. They do have seperately packaged buns and always ask if it's an allergy, but just make sure to use caution.
They have gluten free buns!! They came separate. Great burguer
