I eat Culver’s often! I moved here recently from the Midwest where Culver’s are really common so I was shocked Maricopa of all places had one. There are lots of things gluten free here. George’s chili, gluten free buns for cheeseburgers and grilled chicken, root beer floats, concrete mixers, Italian ice - just make sure to tell them it’s for an allergy and to clean the machines! Dining in your food should come on a red tray alerting for an allergy. Your bun will always come sealed in a bag. To go things should be bagged separate. For children sides applesauce is our go to. You can also order without a bun and they will take off $.

The best gluten free bun I’ve had!
Gluten Free Buns and Burgers are amongst our favorite. At one point in the past Fries were fried separate fryer but was informed that is not the case anymore. This is true for both the Bismarck and Mandan locations.
Very sad as for kids, was our best option for burger, fries, and ice cream.
Please consider separating.
We used to eat here a few times a month but not worth it with no fries.
Was in again and asked about the fries. Was told by front person training in another employee that they were separated. I asked him to verify with Kitchen which then I had to explain what I was asking. Confirmed that all is shared and fries are not good.
True for both the Bismarck and Mandan locations.

Ordered a burger and fries. Per Culver's website theu have gluten free fries and a gluten free bun. For the bun, they did not provide it separately as I have heard it is done in other Culvers. It was grilled and placed on the burger like any other bun, which likely cross contaminated it. Asking for the special bun also seemed to confuse them in other ways, and they didn't get any of the topping right either.
