Extremely impressed! This was our first time ordering gluten free where we felt we weren't being a huge inconvenience and the burgers were awesome! The burger and fixings are in a closed "take out" box, and the GF bun is warm and unopened! This made us feel they were taking all necessary precautions against cross contamination. Yes you have to take 35 seconds to assemble your burger, but it's worth it to know the staff cares about your problems with wheat products. And hey, the GF bun wasn't like eating sawdust and cardboard, it was so yummy! We'll definitely be returning!!!

They have really good gluten free buns for the hamburgers! You do have to put the burger together yourself which can be a struggle in the drive thru but they do that to be extra sure to avoid CC so it’s okay.

The GF bun was great. Warm and soft. Good job Culver’s. Fries are cooked in a separate fryer.
Yes
They have a gluten free bun. It comes packaged separately from the burger. They do not have a dedicated fryer for gluten free items. The chocolate and vanilla custard are gluten free and they were willing to use a new scoop just in case. The cashiers were hit and miss on knowledge. One was great and knew a lot, but the other one didn't know much and didn't ask for help. There is an online allergen search for Culver's that was really helpful to read before going. They do not have that info in stores.

Amazing! They were very knowledgeable and even had a red flag food alert on their food ticket. The gf bun was so delicious!
Yes
Very impressed and relieved that there is finally a drive through burger joint that finally has gluten free burger buns that taste good, for our road trips. The manager explained that the buns come sealed in so you do put your burger together, but honestly it’s a small price for a delicious soft warm bun. Not crumbly like many gf buns. There is a small up charge but as we only eat out quick food on toad trips, again it’s a small price to pay for the major convenience. Will be going back.
Yes
I have gone a couple times to Culver's my sister who is also Celiac recommended it to me. They have a dedicated fryer for Gluten-Free fries. They have Gluten-Free buns for the burgers that come sealed in a separate bag. They can mark that your order has "Allergy-gluten" so that everyone is on the same page and takes extra precautions. I watched them put on brand new gloves and pack my food seperately. I was very impressed and the food tastes great! If you are craving a good burger from a fast food place, this is a great place to go.
Daughter enjoyed gluten free bun and cheeseburger. The frozen custard was a hit too.

The best gluten free bun I’ve had!
Gluten Free Buns and Burgers are amongst our favorite. At one point in the past Fries were fried separate fryer but was informed that is not the case anymore. This is true for both the Bismarck and Mandan locations.
Very sad as for kids, was our best option for burger, fries, and ice cream.
Please consider separating.
We used to eat here a few times a month but not worth it with no fries.
Was in again and asked about the fries. Was told by front person training in another employee that they were separated. I asked him to verify with Kitchen which then I had to explain what I was asking. Confirmed that all is shared and fries are not good.
True for both the Bismarck and Mandan locations.

Ordered a burger and fries. Per Culver's website theu have gluten free fries and a gluten free bun. For the bun, they did not provide it separately as I have heard it is done in other Culvers. It was grilled and placed on the burger like any other bun, which likely cross contaminated it. Asking for the special bun also seemed to confuse them in other ways, and they didn't get any of the topping right either.
