Ordered GF bun with a single butter burger and requested that they make sure the grill was cleaned off when cooking the beef. Was told that their buns aren’t warmed on the same grill as the beef patties. Ordered a side salad with my meal not realizing it would come with croutons on it. I couldn’t be bothered to change it because it was the first time ordering the side salad and my daughter would eat it. But my husband felt bad and went to the register to see what they could do. They were more than willing to make a fresh salad.
It’s really nice to eat out with my family at a burger chain with GF options. It’s our go-to burger joint!

This Culver’s location is great! They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and a septum sealed GF bun in its own package for their burgers! And they put on the receipt to make sure it was safe

Love Culver’s! I had to stop eating their fries because of cross contamination but I usually am fine eating a butter burger no bun. I have gotten sick once but I eat there quite often.

Staff had no idea what I meant when I said "celiac." *cue eyeroll* ugh. Then I asked if has a dedicated gf fryer & staff member said, "Ummmmm, let me check?" Already knew how this was going @ this point. Staff came back & reported no....so I bolted, bc no dedicated fryer & no idea what celiac or gluten is? No thank youuu! #notceliacsafe
