Delicious gluten-free buns. Do not have a dedicated fryer. Frozen custard is delicious and can be gluten-free, depending on the toppings.

When ordering GF at counter, clerk asks if GF is a sensitivity or intolerance and enters on your order. GF celiac (“intolerance”) means they will take extra steps to avoid contamination. Burgers are very good and served with the GF free bun in a sealed wrapper for you to assemble yourself. Their website has comprehensive Gluten information for all their products. Note: deep fried foods are NOT GF. Overall, a pretty good fast food option for burgers (with lots of topping options), salads, chili, and frozen desserts.

This is one of my go-to places for fast food, especially burgers and ice cream!! I'm aware that they offer warmed gf buns individual wrapped to prevent cross contamination. Burgers and grilled chicken sandwich. Chili and broccoli cheese soups. Cole slaw, applesauce, mashed potatoes (w/out gravy), and green beans as gf side options. They also have m&m and Reese's concrete mixers--I've never had an issue with cross contamination as long I tell them "wheat allergy". They can also make your own variation of a mixer if you prefer. Their website lists allergens, however, they do not have a dedicated fryer so fries are not gf.

I was trying to order a burger with out a bun and the sweet lady taking my order told me they had gluten free buns. The buns are in their own bag, would be warm when I got it and I could request condiments, lettuce, onion etc that would Come from a fresh bag that wouldn’t be touching anything else. My mustard and ketchup were given to me in packets. I didn’t mind having to assemble my burger myself. I felt this was nicely thought out so that I am protected from what I like to call cross pollination. :) I felt grateful that in a pinch I know I have one more place I can go to to grab a quick bite. Side note: the bun is good. Soft, not overly grainy - works well with the burger.

I go to this Culvers and the one in winter garden on a regular basis. They are very knowledgeable and careful with gluten free items and cross contamination. They have a dedicated fryer for fries although there may be filtered oil from the other fryer so if you are super sensitive I would order one of the the other gluten safe sides. All burgers and sandwiches can be served on a gluten free bun which is pretty tasty.

Gluten free buns and a dedicated fryer for french fries-well kinda. My wife was informed every now and then they fry cheese curds in the fryer. So there is a chance the French fries are not g-free.

The fryer is “separate” but all the grease goes and circulates from all. So separate does not mean safe. Intentions to be gf friendly are there but I can say with certainty that they are intentions. I have gotten sick multiple times ordering the same thing :( Other times safe and fine so it depends, on the flip side the food is good

They were very knowledgeable about gf and cross contamination. Disappointed I couldn’t get fries, but burger alone was plenty to fill me. They have an individually wrapped gf bun that is steamed and then you put your own sandwich together to avoid contamination. It was also recommended to use packets to put on your own mayo and ketchup.

For an extra $1 You can request a gluten free bun for any of their sandwiches. It is UDI's brand and served warm and sealed. You do have to assemble your sandwich yourself but I believe that is to protect the integrity of the bun. Also, be sure to ask for ketchup, mayo, etc...they tend to forget to supply the condiment that comes on the sandwich unless you specifically request it.

I give 5 stars simply because it is an oddity for a fast food restaurant to even know what GF is, much less offer a GF bun as an option. However, I wouldn't eat there on a regular basis simply because for the last six years we have not had fast food as an option where I'm from and we have learned to eat REAL food. My daughter ate the bun but wouldn't touch the burger. My burger had enough toppings I enjoyed mine (Wisconsin Swiss Melt) but all the while knowing what a terrible choice I was making! Ha! But it was really nice to have a quick option for once!

I'm torn on what to write so I'll state the facts. I got a snack pack with a gluten free bun and was asked, "allergy or preference" and informed them allergy. I got the slaw as a side and then asked if I could get an unassembled concrete mixer (ice cream in a cup and Reese cups either on top or in a separate cup) so that they wouldn't have to clean the mixer out to make it safe for me. I was pleasantly surprised to have the server tell me that they, in fact, have an allergen mixer. So, everything on the screen was marked gluten free *allergy* and I was excited about having a drive through GF option. On the way home, I took a couple bites of my concrete mixer and on the 3rd bite, the texture was different and chewy. I spit the bite out and it was a brownie piece. I was so disappointed as I knew what would be soon to come for me, hives ans lesions on my face and neck and 2 days worth of mood swings, anxiety, and all the other psychological symptoms I get hit with. When I called a few days later, I spoke with a manager who is sending me some coupons to make up for it. While I appreciate the gesture, and I also understand that they can't completely eliminate the risk (brownies are brown, peanut butter cups are brown), I felt let down because I had been reassured about the mixer and also because I didn't listen to my instincts to have the toppings separate to be able to check myself. TL;DR: I got glutened, but I may try again and just get my ice cream plain and add toppings at home.

First of all, the staff is very accommodating and caring about the gluten. I am Celiac’s and they offered me a gluten free bun and coleslaw as a side. The burgers are not the world’s greatest but definitely saves the day on a road trip! Will hopefully be back.

The gf burgers come out on a separate tray from other food. If you want a gf bun (Udi), it's warmed in the wrapper for you to open and assemble. Fries are gf, but the oil is cleaned with the same filter as the other oil, so they say there is a chance of cc. The times I've been there, the cooks are trained well and very careful.

We are new to celiac so asked to talk with the manager. The staff marked our order as allergy, informed us that there was a separate fryer for fries, and the burger would be cooked on a separate part of the grill. The gluten free bun came warmed and packaged with the meat separate and all GF items on a separate ready. It was a successful first outing there and our daughter felt good afterwards.

Super friendly for GF ordering, has a seperate menu and the staff is well well well trained! The (guessing) 16 year old cashier that clearly hadn't worked there for long knew exactly which items I could order - gave me the warnings on fries not being gluten free and the obvious things. Then, went on to tell me they flag the order and a manager will bring it out. Solid training (good job store owner!), awesome food, good experience. 100% safe and a total repeat.
