When I asked for a gluten free bun they asked if it was for a food allergy. They were able to enter it on the computer as an allergy so the kitchen knew. The bun came wrapped separately and on it’s own try to limit any cross contamination.

So I was nervous when I first started to order. They couldnt find allergen list and girls seemed like they didn't have any idea what I was talking about. But a lady, maybe the manager stepped in so knowledgble, and overly cautious and sweet. I'm waiting for my food so not sure how I will feel but I def feel confident about my order. They do reuse freeze so kinda bummed I can't have fries but glad for other options.

Gluten free bun, knowledgeable about cross contamination and I've never gotten sick from there! Love!

Told the cashier I have a wheat allergy and she was very knowledgeable about what I meant. She cleaned the concrete mixer machine for me and changed out tools to help minimize cross contamination.

This Culver’s location is great! They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and a septum sealed GF bun in its own package for their burgers! And they put on the receipt to make sure it was safe

Love Culver’s! I had to stop eating their fries because of cross contamination but I usually am fine eating a butter burger no bun. I have gotten sick once but I eat there quite often.

Staff had no idea what I meant when I said "celiac." *cue eyeroll* ugh. Then I asked if has a dedicated gf fryer & staff member said, "Ummmmm, let me check?" Already knew how this was going @ this point. Staff came back & reported no....so I bolted, bc no dedicated fryer & no idea what celiac or gluten is? No thank youuu! #notceliacsafe
