They were so amazing! I came in the middle of the dinner rush and they made sure to make me feel listened to and understood, changed gloves as soon as I said gluten free, scraped the grill down really well before they cooked the burgers and even packaged my meal separate from my family’s regular meals, and marked very clearly. The gluten free bun was individually sealed and so delicious I couldn’t believe it was GF! Need to find out where they get them! I even had to add all my condiments at home because the girl that put my order together was really concerned about cross contamination— I will always take overly cautious staff as a bonus!! So, so impressed. As a newly diagnosed celiac, I am so glad to know this old favorite is safe.

This location does not have a dedicated fryer as previously reported, but they do have gf buns and took care to change gloves and did their best to keep my cheeseburger (only thing ordered) safe.

As a Celiac, it’s like a piece of heaven when you discover a place that seems to “get it”! Culver’s has gluten-free buns, a dedicated gluten-free fryer, and they even keep their glutenous fryer on the other side of the kitchen!!! Yay! Thank you, Culver’s!! Post script: after reading some of the other reviews, I did some research on their menu and found where they say their crinkle cut fries do NOT have wheat. And since this location uses a dedicated fryer, I’m not worried about it. But I will let you know if I get sick. ;-)

I have to make an update to this.. Their fries are not gluten free and never bothered to let us know own, which explains a lot. Everything always comes out looking busted and gross. You can't eat anything here besides the custard, so don't expect to eat a butter burger!

This Culver’s location is great! They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and a septum sealed GF bun in its own package for their burgers! And they put on the receipt to make sure it was safe

Love Culver’s! I had to stop eating their fries because of cross contamination but I usually am fine eating a butter burger no bun. I have gotten sick once but I eat there quite often.

Staff had no idea what I meant when I said "celiac." *cue eyeroll* ugh. Then I asked if has a dedicated gf fryer & staff member said, "Ummmmm, let me check?" Already knew how this was going @ this point. Staff came back & reported no....so I bolted, bc no dedicated fryer & no idea what celiac or gluten is? No thank youuu! #notceliacsafe
