Gluten free bun was pre-packaged and was very good! Even came out warmed. I had the fries with no issues. Was assured they were cooked in a dedicated fryer. I am very sensitive and had no issues at all! My first experience at a Culver’s! Was a great one!

Culver’s has been my go-to around the country, as I had never gotten sick eating there…until today. When I called to report it, the manager was more concerned with stating that they can’t guarantee that there wouldn’t be cross contamination, instead of apologizing and saying that she would talk to her staff. For a chain that had been making a real effort to look out for their celiac customers, this one manager destroyed years of trust with me.

I’ve eaten at this location many times and never have had a problem. I typically get the double burger with cheese on a GF bun and steamed broccoli as the side. The bun always comes in it’s own wrapper and is steamed. Tastes great and have never had a problem.

The bun is warm and soft and comes prepackaged. It is really good. We had grilled chicken and roast beef sandwiches. I had side salad and mashed potatoes with no gravy. May be better if cheese was added. They tell me they change gloves and are careful. I’ll update if I get sick. Fries supposedly don’t share oil but the area may have drippings from the gluten frier, so I did not eat those.

Just perfect for a fast food restaurant joint, wish we had one of these like they do McDonald's. GF roll, delicious double cheese burger and French fries. Hit the spot from Flordia to Buffalo. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Ps ask for napkins!

I went on the chain website and saw they advertise that a gluten free bun is available. You can get a butter burger or grilled chicken. I ordered a burger with gluten free bun . The person who took my order asked if I had a gluten allergy and noted it on the receipt. She told me they change gloves and have a protocol. My burger came out on a separate tray with a steamed prepackaged bun. It was excellent! I had no problems.

I love their burgers and grilled chicken sandwiches. They have a GF bun sealed in its own wrapper. They also have a pot roast sandwich that is GF. Their green beans, coleslaw, and mashed potatoes no gravy are all GF. You need to ask on their fries, some locations have a designated fryer for fries but I know the W. Melbourne location does not. Their custard is also GF. They are really cautious when fixing your food and you let them know about your GF needs. They do have a GF list of foods they can give you if you ask for it.
I’ve eaten here a couple of times with no issues getting a burger with a gluten free bun. They have a shared frier so the fries are not celiac safe. Their custard is gluten free too.

All the cashier said was they have gluten free buns, no precautions taken
— No gluten-free information on the menu
I am low FODMAP which means basically no wheat products, but has other very specific restrictions. Had the grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten free bun (no pickles, add mayo). Can confirm they only season the grilled chicken with salt and pepper. The fries worked fine for me. This is basically the only fast food place that even has any low FODMAP options, so if that’s what you’re looking for, this will definitely work!

My hamburgers gluten-free buns were in a sealed bag. All was in separate bag from the rest of the order. The order was marked "food allergy" on the receipt. Seemed to be handled carefully.

Extremely busy location, they share fryers and I've seen breadcrumbs on my cheeseburger patty before. Bun is alright. Don't trust this location.
