Culver’s is my go to, always! I get a burger typically with the gluten free bun that is packaged separately. They also steam it so it is not cold and crumbly. I would ask if the fries are fried in a dedicated fryer because some locations do and some do not. Staff are always so kind about dietary restrictions too and are knowledgeable.

Young man taking my order quickly referenced a form to verify fries are GF. I asked about the fryer. The manager said they have 4 fryers and 1 is for fries only. Had a burger on GF bun (comes in separate wrapper and box) with fries. I have ate at several Culver’s they all have done a great job understanding how to properly address possible cross contamination. I have never had an issue.

This Culver’s location is great! They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and a septum sealed GF bun in its own package for their burgers! And they put on the receipt to make sure it was safe

Love Culver’s! I had to stop eating their fries because of cross contamination but I usually am fine eating a butter burger no bun. I have gotten sick once but I eat there quite often.

Staff had no idea what I meant when I said "celiac." *cue eyeroll* ugh. Then I asked if has a dedicated gf fryer & staff member said, "Ummmmm, let me check?" Already knew how this was going @ this point. Staff came back & reported no....so I bolted, bc no dedicated fryer & no idea what celiac or gluten is? No thank youuu! #notceliacsafe
