I work right up the road and they are always very strict about allergies. I love this place! Been able to get a few burgers at other places and this one is still one of my favorites!

This Culver’s location is phenomenal about gluten free. For gluten free orders they will ask if it’s an “allergy or preference”, and I let them know I have Celiac and they take all the precautions. They can make a gluten free burger for most of their burgers and the bun is SO GOOD! They don’t recommended most sides as the risk for cross contamination is high and they do not have a dedicated fryer. They did say that they can do a side salad gluten free. But…my ultimate ultimate favorite reason for loving this place…is they can make their Concrete ice cream Mixers gluten free and they have a separate gluten free/allergy mixer machine. They have a list of all gluten free mix ins and they’re so good. And most importantly, the staff here is all amazing. I am so impressed with this place and how they handle gluten free.

This Culver’s location is great! They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and a septum sealed GF bun in its own package for their burgers! And they put on the receipt to make sure it was safe

Love Culver’s! I had to stop eating their fries because of cross contamination but I usually am fine eating a butter burger no bun. I have gotten sick once but I eat there quite often.

Staff had no idea what I meant when I said "celiac." *cue eyeroll* ugh. Then I asked if has a dedicated gf fryer & staff member said, "Ummmmm, let me check?" Already knew how this was going @ this point. Staff came back & reported no....so I bolted, bc no dedicated fryer & no idea what celiac or gluten is? No thank youuu! #notceliacsafe
