I ordered two concrete mixers - one with Reese’s peanut butter cup and the other with Reese’s and cookie dough (for my gluten eating husband). I indicated while placing my order that mine should be gluten free. They noted that on my order but when I received my order, the cashier was “pretty sure” the second one she handed me was the one with cookie dough. However, I found out both concrete mixers had cookie dough in them. I’m new to a gluten free diet and I should have asked for clarification when I got my order, but I expected more care to be taken by staff.

This Culver’s location is great! They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and a septum sealed GF bun in its own package for their burgers! And they put on the receipt to make sure it was safe

Love Culver’s! I had to stop eating their fries because of cross contamination but I usually am fine eating a butter burger no bun. I have gotten sick once but I eat there quite often.

Staff had no idea what I meant when I said "celiac." *cue eyeroll* ugh. Then I asked if has a dedicated gf fryer & staff member said, "Ummmmm, let me check?" Already knew how this was going @ this point. Staff came back & reported no....so I bolted, bc no dedicated fryer & no idea what celiac or gluten is? No thank youuu! #notceliacsafe
