Don’t eat here especially if you have celiac. Talked to a manager today and the fryers all share the same oil so fry’s are not safe at all. No guarantee of CC when ordering a burger even with the GF bun coming individually wrapped

First road trip since my celiac diagnosis. Asked to speak to the manager. She put me at ease instantly when she said she had a former roommate who has celiac. She explained their protocols and showed me their gluten free recommendations. I selected a side salad without croutons and a burger without bun. She made the salad for me herself and made sure the person making my burger was careful to avoid cross contamination. Overall a good experience.

Love Culver's, but this location is the best of the best, always asking if it is for allergy or not and taking special precautions. never had a bad meal always super nice too.
GF bun was soft and delicious. Staff was knowledgeable.
This location does not offer gluten free buns or other accomodations. Not a safe place to eat

This Culver’s location is great! They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and a septum sealed GF bun in its own package for their burgers! And they put on the receipt to make sure it was safe

Love Culver’s! I had to stop eating their fries because of cross contamination but I usually am fine eating a butter burger no bun. I have gotten sick once but I eat there quite often.

Staff had no idea what I meant when I said "celiac." *cue eyeroll* ugh. Then I asked if has a dedicated gf fryer & staff member said, "Ummmmm, let me check?" Already knew how this was going @ this point. Staff came back & reported no....so I bolted, bc no dedicated fryer & no idea what celiac or gluten is? No thank youuu! #notceliacsafe
