I’ve had a great experience at this Culver’s every time. The provide the gluten free bun steamed and packaged separately and then you have to assemble the burger yourself. The fries are not made in a separate fryer, so just be aware of that based on your personal needs. I haven’t gotten sick here at all.

It’s a go to for us when I’m in Alabama visiting with my grandkids. I get the GF bun and alert the allergy. The bun is hit or miss with freshness, but it’s ok and better than a lettuce wrap! This location has a dedicated fryer and I’ve never had a reaction. Maybe a full fast food tummy, but not Celiac sick! PS: The custard is really good if ice cream is your thing.

They were awesome about getting a manager to help clarify what products were safe and not safe. Unfortunately, they do not have a dedicated fryer, but they still have a decent amount of options that are safe. And they gave a pamphlet with all of their gluten free items to keep for next time!

Gluten free bun available pre packaged and warmed, toppings and burger packaged separately. Fries have never bothered me (not sure if they’re cooked in a dedicated fryer). Some sauces contain gluten, so be careful with that. You can find ingredient lists and such on their website which is helpful.

They have a dedicated fryer for French fries. The gluten free bun was super soft and tasted really good. Feel okay. Everyone was super nice.

I ordered a burger and asked if they had gluten free buns. They asked if I had an allergy to gluten so they could let the workers in the back know. I got a gluten free bun that was in sealed plastic and the toppings on the side. :)
