Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about celiac disease and those with gluten allergies. The owner was previously a nurse so she’s very compassionate and understanding. They have separate pots/pans/cooking stations for all their gluten free baked goods and everything on display is marked gluten free. If you call ahead at least 48 hours, they can make any of their flavors gluten free for you!! So cool. Plus they have amazing macaroons that are naturally gluten free. Overall an amazing experience, best cupcakes I’ve ever had, gluten free or not!
