Great option at CLE! Bowls and salads are mostly naturally gluten-free, and can be easily customized. When we asked to confirm whether a certain menu item was GF, the cashier pulled out an allergen chart to confirm. She then let the prep staff on the line know about the GF order, and they both changed gloves *and* used unopened containers from the back stock to make the bowl…all without any specific safety requests from us. Very impressed for an airport kiosk restaurant! Also very tasty, and some good healthy choices if you’re looking for those.
