Cypress is such an experience! The vibe, the food, the cocktails, everything! The majority of their menu is GF, even surprising things like their Vindaloo Hot Chicken (fried chicken thighs) and Shrimp Tempura (GF Beer Batter). Always ask the server because they can sometimes make things GF if they’re not already! Do yourself a favor and try this place!

We have just recently tried this fairly new restaurant and we couldn’t be more pleased! Most of the menu is gluten-free, or can be adjusted to be gluten-free. The wait staff is well-versed and many dietary allergies and preferences are accommodated. We met Chef Allison Gras, and she is committed to providing healthy options, using local ingredients. One of the owners happen to be celiac, as well. We enjoyed two tapas plates. The Vindaloo Chicken is the best fried chicken thighs I have had, since having to give up gluten! We also tried the Citrus Salad, which was delicious. Two desserts available are the Apple Carrot Pave and a flight of ice creams. Both were scrumptious!

Cypress had a full menu of gf dishes that my wife, who has Celiac disease, could enjoy. The things we chose were crab cakes, fried chicken, fried eggplant, and parmesan broiled oysters, and a wonderful French-style dessert called Apple & Carrot Pave with carrot sorbet. We were told that one of the owners has gluten allergies and that influenced the preparation. Also on the menu was whole branzino fish, a wood-fired chicken dish, a variety of steaks including tomahawk, seared scallops, collard greens, roasted cauliflower, and other selections. I giggly recommend the crab cakes, the fried chicken, and the dessert. Next ti and the service was excellent.me we'll probably go for the fish. Don't know for sure, but I know we will definitely be going back.
The kitchen is careful about cross contamination prevention and the service was excellent.
