I was really wanting to try this place while in Chicago. I was grateful they were accommodating of our late reservation. Wait time was a bit long and service was a little slow, but it’s apparent how serious they take gluten free here. Almost every other person in the restaurant was gluten free. The gluten free pasta was okay. The pasta had a certain after taste to it and the gluten free bread was a bit bland. I saw reviews along those lines but I was hoping they caught them on a bad day. I’m feeling rumbling in my stomach right now and I don’t know if it’s the dairy or the gluten but if I had to guess I’d say dairy. Overall, good food, safe environment, but not good for those avoiding dairy or those who are in a time crunch or schedule for any reason.
