Heaven on earth! Lovely cakes, great choice and great service. I travelled all the way from the other side of St Paul’s Bay to get there and it was definitely worth it! I even took a good selection back with me to the UK.

Croissants are great! They had a reasonable range of options and can fill the croissants with various fillings like pistachio, nutella etc. Pretty affordable too!

Super lækker bageri. Dejlige croissants og kager. Som et lille stykke af himlen for os der ikke tåler gluten. De har endda en hel del også uden mælk. Ikke kun laktosefri 😊😊😊

I loved this place so much, we went for breakfast two days in a row. Lots of choice for GF options, and a separate section for nonGF bits. I tried the GF croissants with Italian cream, some biscuits and the lemon meringue pie (my personal favourite). Everything was delicious. Such a treat! Lovely staff and reasonable prices. I wish there were more places like this!

I recently had the great fortune of discovering Damiano's Pastry Shoppe, and as a celiac, I can confidently say I have found a slice of heaven in Malta.

The moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with an amazing aroma of freshly baked goods, an inviting atmosphere and warm smiles. I immediately felt right at home.

My visit to this charming bakery was prompted by the need for a gluten-free cake to take with me to Sicily for a special birthday celebration.

It is no exaggeration to say it was the most delicious gluten-free cake I have ever had the pleasure of tasting. The texture was perfect, the flavors were exquisite, and every bite was a true delight. I believe they have found the secret to making gluten-free desserts taste even better than their gluten-filled counterparts.

What truly sets Damiano's apart however, is not just their exceptional baked goods, but the exceptional people behind it. Silvana and Marco are incredibly loving and thoughtful individuals. Their level of care and attention to detail is simply unparalleled.

Damiano's Dessert is a haven for anyone with gluten restrictions, but it is also a must-visit for anyone who appreciates high-quality, delicious baked goods.

Silvana and Marco have created a paradise where gluten-free dreams come true. I cannot recommend this bakery enough, and will forever be grateful for the incredible experience they provide. They even have cannoli!!! :)

This patisserie was a wonderful experience. We've been around gluten-free bakeries in many countries, and the croissants they make here are the best we've ever tasted. If you're in the area, this lovely patisserie is something you must take with you. On Saturdays they have an extra selection of baked goods.

Amazing desserts and so much choice. Was sad to see that we just missed the last pieces of croissants and pain au chocolat so we couldn’t taste those. But very friendly people and cute to drink a coffee and have some cake.

Amazing place for gluten free treats!! One of the best gluten free bakeries I've been to in Europe. So many options, & celiac safe. Couldn't recommend it more, should definitely go if you are gluten free visiting Malta. The staff are great as well!!

I can definitely recommend! I loved the pain au Chocolat the best. A big section with gluten free items and a little display with items with gluten, it was fun to see it the other way around.

"Holy F********" said my celiac fiancé

We arrived at 11 and they were already out of croissants, but we were told we could call ahead of time to reserve one or two next time.

Aside from that, everything was perfect. There is a display of pies, cookies, small cakes, limonchini, and an endless assortment of bakes desserts. There is even a completely isolated section with glutenous bakes, so everyone gets served.

Everything we asked for was gluten and lactose free, and when I ordered a drink that contained lactose I was informed and offered an alternative. The coffees we ordered were both brewed to perfection.

Also, since we were clearly overwhelmed with the amount of options, the server was extremely understanding and offered to prepare our coffees while we chose, and even told us we could get everything take away.
