Staff are probably not going to be knowledgeable (everytime I've been, it's been a teenager working.) But, they're ice creams are labeled with which is GF and they are willing to get a clean scoop and scoop from an unused side of the ice cream container to help minimize cross contamination. I've eaten here four times and never once gotten sick.

This place is pretty cool. They don't know what gluten is, but i have celiac disease and i got the grape snow cone once and the tigers blood snow cone a few different times (i don't know if snow cones normally have gluten in them or not), but i didn't have any symptoms of being glutened. I didn't eat the ice cream or the gummy bear. (Obviously they have snow cones and their snow cones are what i am recommending.)
