Review of defloured: A Gluten Free Bakery

The best GF baked goods I have ever tried, even my non-GF friends agree they’re some of the best baked goods they’ve tried, gluten or not. Pricing is extremely reasonable for the level of quality and safety. They’re also great about labeling other allergens on all of their products, not sure about cross contact for those though so definitely ask if that’s a concern for you. You can walk up and order from what they have available that day and you can also order ahead for custom cakes, cookies, breads, etc. They also sell in various locations around the city including a bunch of coffee shops and Whole Foods, always in their own separate packaging!
