I can go all day on defloured, but simply put, this is the best gluten free dessert in Chicago (and maybe anywhere). They have gained a lot of popularity, but haven’t lost a step along the way. Diverse offerings that don’t make you realize you’re eating gf. You can also find their products at speciality stores like plum market. Way to go defloured!
