Second time now that the kitchen has accidentally served me flour tortillas :(

Most menu items are marked with a “G” which means gluten friendly. The menu clearly states that they’re not a gluten-free establishment and can’t guarantee no cross contamination. However, I’ve never had a problem eating here and the staff is always very accommodating. While the chips are not GF, they do have hard shell corn tortillas that aren’t fried in a shared fryer so I usually just ask for those! I also always get their tacos with soft corn tortillas and they are so yummy - highly recommend the pulled pork and carne asada tacos.

We went to Del Fuego yesterday and the awesome waitress informed us that cross contamination was highly likely. We were disappointed but appreciated her looking out for my daughter. We did not stay, but will go back when our daughter isn’t with us.

Our server was really great - when I asked about the chips (they ARE made in a shared fryer), she asked if I had celiac. I do, so she brought me hard taco shells with salsa instead. They also have a separate gluten free menu, and omg their food is amazing! You get so much - I tried the taco trio. The beef brisket is so flavorful, the pork is delicious and the steak had a sauce on it that was out of this world. We were so impressed. Mary H was fabulous and we really appreciated the taco shells in place of chips!

Great place! Unfortunately chips are made in an unsafe fryer, but I had a great burrito bowl!

We eat here at least twice a month! The tacos and quesadillas are made with corn tortillas. They staff is very knowledgeable. They have an extensive GF menu for you to choose from. Our favorite are: Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadilla and Fish or Shrimp Tacos! On a side note they're chips are fried in the same fryer as other items so you may not want to take a chance on them.

Lots of options! Big GF menu.
All was great, until my fajita came out with flour tortillas. I took a bite, and thought, WOW THIS THE BEST CORN TORTILLA EVER. Then I called my waiter, Stephen, over and he gasped and took my delish away. He was the sweetest waiter ever, apologized and gave me his prayer that I wouldn't be ill. BOTTOM LINE, make sure your tortillas are GF. BTW: Excellent Margaritas great chips great hot sauces. all in all a great restaurant.

Really enjoyed my gluten-free quesadillas. Ate about three or four tortilla chips. Had a reaction, so sad. They did warn me that things are cross contaminated.

I eat here frequently and have never had any issues. The tacos are really good and they have many options. The chips are fried in a shared fryer though so watch out for that.

I ordered from here on Ubereats. I specified in the notes that I am celiac. I even saw on the receipt it said “no gluten.” I ordered fajitas with corn tortillas. They sent me the chips so I assumed they were ok- I literally ate three chips. I should have read the reviews more carefully! I got so sick and miserable. How do they not know their chips are cross contaminated?!
