We visited this amazing restaurant October 2022 - this place is extremely celiac friendly. I asked for a glove change and the gentleman taking my order asked if I was Celiac I told him yes. And not only did he ensure a glove change he told me they have different equipment and tools to use
He was so incredible with helping me order. I needed something gluten free and dairy free and he was able to guide me through the menu effortlessly. It was very comforting to have someone know the menu, ingredients and allergen safety so well.
We ordered two crepes, one savory and one sweet and even with large portions finished them both! Delicious food accompanied by a prepared and helpful staff!

Was great the first time I was here but under new ownership and celiac is not taken seriously anymore.

I was so excited to try this place based on the rave reviews and gf options but I ended up getting sick for a week. Why offer gluten free crepes if cross contamination isn’t taken seriously?
The crepe I had tasted wonderful, but it destroyed the rest of my day (and probably the next 3-5 days to come). Probably a fine place to eat if you have very mild reactions, but definitely safe for people who are extremely sensitive like I am. :(

Really tasty, LARGE! crêpes that are quite authentic; love the buckwheat ones but was also impressed with the "Fusion Batter" they had: soft, smooth, and despite the bean flour used it wasn't bean-y (though I confess I had it slathered in oodles of Nutella ;). I've been here several times and always had tasty food and no reaction at all. Also, did I mention these are yuuuge?

I had a gf crepe and a soup and had a horrible reaction. I let them know about my celiac disease and they took their normal steps to avoid cross contamination, but they got me anyway. Will not return.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have two types of GF crepe batter. Having options is awesome! Contrary to a previous review, they DO use a separate cooking platter for all GF crepes. I will definitely become a regular at this place.

Love this place !!!Wow, to have the option to eat something so delicious that's gluten free and so so good doesn't happen every day. Came 3 days in a row and can't wait to come again.

While they offer a gluten free crepe, it is cooked on the same pan that they use for all of the other crepes. They offered to wipe off the pan, but I didn't feel that they would be able to prevent cross contamination. I had a salad, which was fine.

Had two breakfasts here while in San Jose - one with the buckwheat crepe and one with the "GF fusion" crepe. Both really delicious, and the portion is enormous. I think I liked the roasted veg with the tahini sauce best, but the marinara one was great too. Nice to have a carby but savory breakfast option. The vegan chocolate chip tahini cookie was fantastic - moist and chewy. Some people might find the tahini flavor odd in a cookie but I loved it. Wish there was more choice of protein - the tofu & mushrooms both contain soy sauce (the server warned me, though it's not marked on the menu). Still, the overstuffed crepe made a hearty breakfast.
Food & service was excellent! Small, quiet cafe but still had two tables able to seat our party of 6. Limited outdoor seating available on front sidewalk. Knowledgeable staff. Delicious baked goods. We were able to order vegan, gluten free (tried the GF Tahini Choc. Chip cookies and GF carrot muffin- both delicious), and regular dishes made with wheat. Agave nectar used on apple creeps. All of the various crepes we tried were incredible as was the Numi hot tea. Dh tried the scrambled tofu with side salad (he's not vegetarian or GF) and loved it! Was press is very good. Definitely recommend.
Delicious crepes, good coffee, children friendly. What more can you ask for

I walked by this bistro by chance and saw the sine for gluten free Crêpes and had to step in. I was amazed that there is even two options on the gluten free batter! Gluten-Free Fusion or Buckwheat. I really look forward to coming back for the muffins.
