I have eaten safely here many times. They are all about the service. I have allergies to dairy and soy as well. They have always been happy to put a sauce on the side, sautee something in olive oil, whatever I needed. The bone-in bacon and Carpaccio are to die for as are their ribeyes. Their whiskey and spirit library is second to none. You will drop a couple hundred here per person if you enjoy all the courses. But it is a complete dining experience.

I had a great experience here. The steak and smashed potatoes were superb! I noted I was celiac on our reservation and everyone when we arrived was aware and informed- they answered any questions I had and also noted things they thought I would enjoy and what I should avoid. At one point, I did ask about truffle fries and they did ask the chef- he noted that he wasn’t comfortable making them because he believed that the oil in the fryer had been cross contaminated- I was greatly appreciative of the awareness and honesty!

I eat here each time I visit Las Vegas and have enjoyed each meal. Of all the restaurants in Vegas, this was my selection for my birthday.
The staff asks each time and makes certain when bringing items to the table. Many times they can modify items that aren't marked GF so ask!!!!

Had a great meal here last night. Bone in ribeye was very good and many sides can be made gluten free. Server brought up the difference between GF and Celiac and made sure my meal was safe.

Food was amazing portion sizes were huge. Spendy but well worth the price. Most of the staff were great. Most of them went up and beyond to ensure we enjoyed ourselves. I was shocked at the size of my lobster tail bigger than any I've had. so yummy. my husband doesn't like asparagus and he even liked it. I would suggest asking for the manager.

I have celiac disease and also cannot have eggs, soy, or dairy. I made reservations, and they welcomed us and said we are aware of your allergies. They were awesome and made a fantastic meal for me, and checked on me several times. I did not get sick, and would definitely go back.
