Review of Delta Blues Hot Tamales

Best dedicated gluten free facility/restaurant in Birmingham. Doesn’t lose anything at all in taste being gluten free and the wait staff is excellent. Their specialty is tamales, but don’t sleep on the wings (absolutely amazing!) or chicken fingers (best I’ve ever had, GF or not). If you’re looking for fried crunchy goodness, don’t overlook the fried jalapeños appetizer! If you’re looking for a gluten beer that sacrifices nothing, splurge for the Green’s. All this, plus a super down to earth, comfortable atmosphere makes it my home away from home.
