Visited last week, my husband had celiac diet. The person taking the order was very aware of Celiac allergy, aware of cross contamination risk. Burgers and fries were delicious! No adverse reactions!

Great experience. I got the Wrigley Field on the GF Bun and it was really good. The bun is like an English muffin but. It actually held up very well and tasted good. Fries were good too, remind me of five guys for sure. A little pricey for the size of burger but it was very good. Good portion of fries too!

Fries are worth the hype! The GF bun was pretty good too. I wasn’t as thrilled about the burger and the gluten-grilled cheese just got a so-so review. Next time, I think I’d just order the salad, which was super tasty, and a basket of fries. Like, why waste time with the burger when we all know the reason to go is the dedicated fryer?

Due to other reviews we tried it on our recent trip to flag. It was meh. The gf bun is different an English muffin style and tasted fine it didn't crumble either like some buns do. The burger was average. They do have a few good ciders. People raved about the fries so I was excited seeing as it's a separate fryer again average, 5 guys fries are just as good. Unfortunately as celiacs when we find a place that makes some of our favorite comfort foods we get to excited. We ate outside because we had our pup with us which is picnic table seating, they seat you according to the size of your party and you can be seated with anyone so be social. The best part is it's next to the main square so we could hear live music, depending on the day you may get lucky and heR some as well. Overall another overpriced burger in a good location.

A delicious hamburger with gf fries. The gf bun is odd looking—more like an English muffin—but held together better than most gf buns I’ve had. The outdoor dining is adjacent to Heritage Square. Diners end up sharing long picnic tables and you’re likely to strike up a conversation with your fellow diners as we did. Allergy warning: they use peanut oil for their cooking.

They asked if I could tolerate some gluten or if I was celiac-level. "Celiac-level" I had the frites with DB Sauce, a cheeseburger with a GF English muffin, sautéed mushrooms, onions and avocado. I'm really sensitive and I had zero negative effects. It was like I made it myself in my GF kitchen. They are super careful in the kitchen. (They did make a mistake when they brought me a gluten hamburger with the rest of my party, but the English muffin looked funny and I asked them if it was gluten-free and they said oopsie. They took it away and fixed everything.) They gave me an free extra order of frites.

Allergy friendly. My son is allergic to eggs dairy and wheat. They made sure the grill was clean and he had no issues. Their gf bun is crumbly but free of eggs and milk so vegan safe also. It was tasty toasted on the grill! Dedicated fryer so fries also gf / wheat free. They are fried in peanut oil though!

This place is wonderful. They have a dedicated gluten-free fryer and the french fries are amazing. The gluten-free buns for the burger are actually really good. Even the pickle was really good.

Delicious food! I got the DB House burger w/out the egg. Fries are in a DEDICATED GF FRYER. They offer a GF bun (also egg & dairy free). Meat is high-quality & always tastes fresh! Always love coming here, but make sure you let your server know about your allergies (bc they weren't cautious when I didn't)

Great visit! I was in town for the first time, traveling through just for the day. I stopped here based on reviews on this app and notes on their menu. I ordered the veggie burger (it is gf) on gf bun with fries. Added pepper jack and their homemade coffee bbq sauce on side. Everything was delicious, made perfectly, and I did not have any gluten symptoms afterward. The veggie burger was amazing and one of the best I've had--love that it's safe to eat and not bulked up with bread crumbs! Will definitely be back the next time I'm in town.

Very knowledgeable staff, fantastic burgers available on gluten free English muffin (all burgers are served on English muffins), and a dedicated fryer make this a highly recommended restaurant. Yes, the burgers are more expensive than your average fast food or quick service place, but the quality and flavor of the meat is well worth it. Have yours cooked to their recommended medium rare temperature and you won’t be disappointed as you enjoy it with your GF fries and GF cider. This was our second time here and we will definitely be back!

We went here based on the large amount of reviews on this app. The staff was super knowledgeable and friendly: I was told the fries are gf, and all the sauces are except Dijon mustard because it’s processed at a place that has cross contamination issues. I ordered a make your own burger (comes with fries). The burger was good (not great), but definitely not worth $20 (16.75 + 3 for gf bun).

If you have Celiac and want GF fries and a tasty tasty burger, this is the place for you! Diablo Burger has a dedicated GF fryer and the staff was very knowledgeable about eating safely with Celiac and the food preparation. It’s very hard to find gluten-free fries in Sedona/Flagstaff, and these fries were out of this world! The burger was super delicious and came with fries and a pickle. Although the menu does not say, everything here can be made gluten-free except for the Dijon mustard, Ranch, and thousand Island dressing (to be extra safe. Highly recommend and our kids with Celiac ate safely here!

Best flavorful burger I’ve had in a long time. Other reviews make this place seem awesome, however I had a clear and unobstructed view of the kitchen and will tell you this, if you have celiac you should avoid eating here. With 3 celiacs in my family, including myself, I am very cautious and more than aware of cross contamination. I watched the cooks prepare the order before us then ours. They placed our gf muffins on the exact same prep board as the others. The absolute only precaution I saw them take was they put on gloves. They didn’t wash their hands first which means the gloves are definitely cross contaminated. We stopped one of the staff and asked them about the food prep and he assured us that they have never had an issue with cross contamination. He asked the cook about the prep and I saw him say “I put on gloves”. We ended up ditching the buns and eating just the meat. I had the wheat free veggie patty and asked if it was gluten free and was told yes. My anxiety was so high over eating that I no longer felt safe. My heart was racing and uncontrollably had tears roll down my face. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone with celiac.

This is probably the best gluten free burger I’ve ever eaten. I was visiting my parents for the week and went here 3 times. The staff was awesome and made me feel very safe, they are very knowledgeable and accommodating. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I visit.

The experience here was such a nice one. The food tasted like food should taste! Best burger I’ve ever had. All the burgers our party got seemed very pink but they state that they measure the temperature of every burger, so we trusted the system and no one got sick. The GF English muffin was worth the upcharge (I find most restaurant GF buns to be pretty useless). I did not get contaminated here.

Gf bun was good- they said it was by a local bakery and it didn’t fall apart! Ordered over the phone for take out, they answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable eating there. Super nice place! Everyone was super knowledgeable and I saw the cook cleaning an area and put gloves on. The fries are gf as well as only fries go in their fryer and they are thin and double-fried so crispy so they are just like frites in France! Is hidden gem!

Just had the best burger of my life, here. They have an incredible gluten-free bun, were more than prepared to accommodate my gluten and dairy allergies, and best of all, no sacrifice of flavor, texture or gustatory enjoyment.
