I am the chef at Diane's Villa Nova, I have also suffered from celiac disease for 2 1/2 years. We have a very extensive gluten free menu, which includes, beer battered fish and chips, pizza, pasta, eggplant parm, chicken parm. Family owned and operated with a family atmosphere.
