This place is wonderful and conscientious of celiacs. Our waiter was knowledgable. So many options for us. Homemade GF pasta! Wonderful salads and my goodness pine nut cookies!!!!! Highly recommend to all my friends. This should have been 5 stars but it will not let me edit the stars!

Ordered GF pasta and noticed normal pasta in my bowl once I had already eaten most of my meal. I got violently ill afterwards. I told Dave directly and he still made me pay full price for my meal, offered me a cookie from the same case as pastries covered in flour.

February 11, 2023. My wife and I ate dinner together at this restaurant. The staff was very knowledgeable about gluten and cross-contamination. Gluten free pasta ($2 extra) is prepared off-site, but they only have penne noodles. Gnocchi and meatballs are not gluten free. For an appetizer, we had a house salad and split an order of hot Italian sausage, cannellini beans, escarole. It was very tasty. For my main course, I ordered a half branzino (sea bass) with roasted vegetables. I did not get sick after eating here. Desert menu had only one gluten free item. I would eat here again if I had the opportunity.

Very tasty. I came for lunch. I ordered Cacio e Pepe with Gluten Free Pasta and it was delicious. Also had a verrryy yummy gf pastry!
Note that the lunch menu is NOT marked with GF options. Not all staff have the same knowledge about gf, so ask good questions. For example, you can theoretically order the “spaghetti & meatballs” with gf pasta, but the meatballs aren’t themselves gf. Be cautious!

We love DiAnoia’s, but this was my first experience there since going GF. We went for brunch, our server was very knowledgeable and made great recommendations. I ordered the pork scarpetta and the lemon marscapone with berries - it was great! Always a great experience and our server made me feel safe and totally reassured.

Second experience with this restaurant. First time I was newly diagnosed and was not yet asking enough questions. They have LOTS of gluten free items (down to the cookies) and I think of the several items I tried something may have had CC as I felt unwell afterwards. More recently I tried delivery from here (after calling and speaking to someone about CC and appropriate menu options) and had a great experience. Just had the branzino but it was delicious (+ marked gf on the takeout box) and did not have any issues. Will continue to eat here and just be careful and selective.

While I didn’t see a gluten free menu, the staff was very helpful! I got a sandwich without bread and they made it perfectly. It came out looking good and more importantly tasting good! I got the gfree pasta here with a take out order and it was SO GOOD! Recommend it!
Yes
Can make their pasta gluten free. So good. Big servings. Also had their beans and greens olives and an awesome salad
