They may give you a hard time about it, but they took a lot of precautions not to have cross contamination and they checked all their ingredients including the spices. They had an allergy list they gave me and they had several options. I am gluten free/dairy free and I had the Dolly. I let them know I had allergies and they were awesome! Be ready for the “experience“ of Dick’s, but know they are knowledgeable and wonderful about gluten free. I did not get sick. Very happy and will be going back.

Food was good. Our server was knowledgeable and accommodating of my food allergies. They have a separate GF menu. I had a steak salad with balsamic dressing.

I wish zero stars was an option. When I alerted my server to my multiple allergies, and explained how I wanted my food prepared, he repeated a completely wrong order back to me and laughed. A nearby waiter mocked the way I was ordering. When our food came, there was cheese and a bun on my burger, and I was given a side Caesar salad (I ordered a burger with lettuce and onion no bun and a side garden salad with lime cilantro vinaigrette). I could not eat either of the things that were brought to me. When I explained my allergies AGAIN, he became annoyed and brought back the same burger just without the bun. When I explained that I still needed NO CHEESE and a GARDEN SALAD he asked me “what is wrong wit you lady?” He finally returned with a new, correct burger, but still the caesar. He told me that the Caesar comes in a bag and they can’t make me the other salad because there were no materials for it even though there was plain lettuce on my burger! When he brought us the check, there was an additional charge for the salad that I wasn’t able to eat. When I asked him to take it off he told me that he couldn’t. He said it was because the fries were an additional charge even though they CAME WITH THE BURGER. When my friend asked why she didn’t have a charge for the fries on her meal, he said that he must have messed up and not charged her, and annoyingly asked her if she’d like him to go add a charge for the fries. At this point, we just gave up. We never even got the funny hats because we “looked like we wouldn’t want them”. We wanted them. Will NEVER be eating here again.

They are celiacs friendly but have a VERY tiny menu. However they were going to give me a side salad instead of fries with my burger. They guy must have put in Ceasar dressing because the chef came out and asked what dressing I want as ceasar has gluten in it! Was quite impressed by this.

Even though this restaurant is known for being rude (it's part of the atmosphere) the staff was very knowledgeable about their gluten free options. They informed the chef of my allergy and assured me that they did all they could to prevent cross contamination. I had "The Dolly" and it was very good.
