Food was good. Our server was knowledgeable and accommodating of my food allergies. They have a separate GF menu. I had a steak salad with balsamic dressing.
I wish zero stars was an option. When I alerted my server to my multiple allergies, and explained how I wanted my food prepared, he repeated a completely wrong order back to me and laughed. A nearby waiter mocked the way I was ordering. When our food came, there was cheese and a bun on my burger, and I was given a side Caesar salad (I ordered a burger with lettuce and onion no bun and a side garden salad with lime cilantro vinaigrette). I could not eat either of the things that were brought to me. When I explained my allergies AGAIN, he became annoyed and brought back the same burger just without the bun. When I explained that I still needed NO CHEESE and a GARDEN SALAD he asked me “what is wrong wit you lady?” He finally returned with a new, correct burger, but still the caesar. He told me that the Caesar comes in a bag and they can’t make me the other salad because there were no materials for it even though there was plain lettuce on my burger! When he brought us the check, there was an additional charge for the salad that I wasn’t able to eat. When I asked him to take it off he told me that he couldn’t. He said it was because the fries were an additional charge even though they CAME WITH THE BURGER. When my friend asked why she didn’t have a charge for the fries on her meal, he said that he must have messed up and not charged her, and annoyingly asked her if she’d like him to go add a charge for the fries. At this point, we just gave up. We never even got the funny hats because we “looked like we wouldn’t want them”. We wanted them. Will NEVER be eating here again.

They have steaks chicken shrimp on the menu that can be grilled. Sides are veggies. They also have crab legs that are steamed and not on the menu but you can order them

You go for the experience - the rudeness - not the food. Both could’ve been a bit better but it was still fun/funny. Our waiter did not use our GF status as material for his jokes which was nice and he knew what to suggest from the menu for us. No GF buns available.

May or may not have gluten free items but they are all mixed in the menu. Hostess seemed confused and condescending. Didn’t take the chance. After all...it is named Dick’s last resort

Let me start by saying, it’s definitely a risk to eat here and they make sure you know that ahead of time but there are so few options in the Excalibur that I decided to thoughtfully take the risk. I ordered the apple pecan salad with grilled chicken. The hostess has a list of items safe for certain allergies so I had a couple things to choose from and the salad was definitely delicious. I didn’t have a reaction so it ended up working out for me!
Not a lot of options but is you choose “fresh” food over fried food they can accommodate you. I had steak and grilled shrimp with veggies and it was delicious. Bonus the atmosphere of Dick’s is great if you have a great sense of humour and like to laugh. So I’d say worth the limited selection
