They use Cappello’s gluten free pasta to make almost any dish gluten free. I had the alfredo with gluten free pasta and their “naked” chicken. Even my non-celiac sister said the GF pasta was delicious. The gluten free cannoli was also very good but I’m not sure if they use a separate piping bag to fill the cannolis.

We stopped in tonight, got ther before the rush and we ordered both the vodka sauce and carbonara (seasonal option) with the gluten free noodles. It was fabulous! They have a great happy hour offering that includes gluten free bread available with burrata. Hours later and I have zero symptoms of gluten. They had a great selection available, I can't wait to go back.

Amazing. Just ordered sides to share. Eggplant parm, chicken parm, oven roasted broccoli, garlic bread and beet salad. All delicious, good prices too.

What a wonderful restaurant with amazing food!! I got the carbonara (a seasonal menu item) with gluten free pasta, the burrata appetizer with gluten free bread, and a GF chocolate chip cannoli. I haven’t had Italian food at a restaurant since my diagnosis over a year ago, and DiFranco’s did not disappoint in terms of variety of options, flavor, and overall experience. The staff was so friendly and made dining at DiFranco’s fun. Lots of vegan/vegetarian options too if that is of interest. My gluten eating family members also raved about their food (and thought the GF bread was delicious too). I wish I lived in the area so I could become a regular here. Didn’t get sick and will dream about that carbonara forever.

Delicious gluten free pasta!
The pasta was a perfect blend of salt from the fried meat and spicy with the bit of red pepper flakes.
The pasta actually appeared to be homemade! I didn't like the bread, it had a weird taste and the portion could have been larger, but otherwise I was very impressed!

The gluten-free pasta is made from almond flour and comes as a fettuccine. Most places that have GF pasta it is made from corn, and I don’t digest that well either. This pasta can be made al dente. You can even have the meatballs! For dessert we had three choices: Panna Cotta, Tiramisu, or cannoli. Gluten Free cannoli, wow what a treat.
The staff was really knowledgeable about celiac and keeping things separate. The food was amazing and I didn’t get sick!
