Dig Inn has become my go-to for a quick, safe, gluten-free meal. There are locations throughout Manhattan and maybe beyond. I'll copy/paste this review to the three locations I have been to. This is a build-a-bowl kind of place with a good homecooked vibe. The only things that have gluten are the farro base and macaroni and cheese. There are clearly marked on their menus. Staff are knowledgeable and should be able to clue you in on any seasonal items that show up. I typically get rice, kale salad, cauliflower salad, and chicken breast with the garlic aioli sauce. I have also tried and very much enjoyed the salmon and the meatballs.
