I called Dillon’s and asked to speak to the manager about their GF options. He said they had some salads and bowls that they could make GF, and sandwiches without buns. I asked if the staff was trained on cross-contamination, and he said he could “guarantee no cross contamination” which usually is not said, so I was a little worried. However, I told my server when we sat down about my allergy, and a manager brought my plate out separately and mentioned a “gluten allergy” when he put it down. I didn’t get sick and my food was very good! I had the arugula and apple salad with chicken, since it seemed like a safe option. It didn’t seem like a ton of the menu could be made GF because a lot of it was fried, but there’s definitely options here!
