Great gluten free and allergen menu - probably the most extensive menu of allergens you can get. They do make dumplings with flour in one are so I don’t know if there is any cross contamination risks - I think it’s separate and they are really on top of what is safe and not safe.
Gluten-free options are available on the menu but they aren't abundant. I had a shrimp fried rice that was pretty basic (rice, egg, green onion with shrimp on top) and the best green beans I've maybe had in my life. There were other appetizer option, too. It's not a place I'd seek out, but if you're being dragged there by people dying for dumplings (all of which looked like glutinous balls of heaven), you won't leave starving. The server asked about allergies and said my items would be prepared separately. But... all that and no GF soy sauce in the house...
Surprisingly few gf options for an Asian restaurant. No rice noodles or other gf staples you'd expect. I get the fried rice and green beans when I go with friends but it’s just not worth it for me at that price point. Definitely choose a different Asian restaurant if you are celiac.
GF options marked Not many … single vegetable dishes for $15+ Fried rice, one item w/noodles They have GF soy sauce. Ask. Server was really kind about it. Spendy for what is received Lots of oil used
Very few gf items on menu. Shredded pork fried rice was good.
