a lot of items are listed as gluten free, but upon asking the waiter, it’s not prepared gluten free at all - every fried item is cooked in the same wok as everything else, and there is no way for them to use a clean wok.
Same with the steamer for steamed items - it’s all in the steamer together, at the same time. Especially the bao buns, that could cause cross contamination issues.
