Amazing GF cafe shop!!!! The empanadas are incredibly delicious! They are not deep fried, multiple selections, all natural food colouring made with vegetables. Absolutely recommend to go pick up. Cute little area with four or five chairs ,we picked up another box and ate it at home!!!

Delicious! A little off the beaten path but so worth it! Hip, counter serve vibe with a small bar to eat inside and a few outdoor tables as well. Our family tried all of the empanadas and we were not disappointed! Crispy, warm, flavorful! Everything is gluten free, so this is a perfect stress free option! The staff were super helpful and friendly. The brownies were great too!

Super bon, beaux empanadas de bonne grosseur. Meilleur brownie sg qui ressemble aux réguliers! J’ai essayé au fromage, au chorizo, au porc et au poulet. Ils sont tous bons! Mon chum a préféré fromage et porc.

100% GF empanadas! They ran out of chicken but we tasted all the others, they were all yummy, my favorite being the vegetarian. Side sauces were good too! Will go back!/ des empanadas 100% sans gluglu, tous délicieux ( il ne restait plus de poulet, mais on a gouté tous les autres, nous y retournerons!)

Happy to have a new gluten free spot in St Henri! Staff is super friendly and the empanadas are amazing. They are HUGE! My husband and I could barely finish the box of 5 that we split. And they have brownies for a sweet treat.

Thoughtful owners, entirely gluten free and absolutely delicious! Not to mention extremely filling. One of my new favourite spots in the area.

Their menu is entirely gluten free, so there is no risk of cross contact. The owner is Colombian and used to work as a chef at Boris Bistro, so he definitely knows what he's doing! They make corn based Colombian empanadas, fried in air fryers. The empanadas are dyed naturally with different foods, which is a thoughtful touch. They also make delicious esquites (a warm corn salad), serve gluten free brownies, and they do coffee. It's a small menu, but everything is delicious, gluten free, and made with love.
