Their menu is entirely gluten free, so there is no risk of cross contact. The owner is Colombian and used to work as a chef at Boris Bistro, so he definitely knows what he's doing! They make corn based Colombian empanadas, fried in air fryers. The empanadas are dyed naturally with different foods, which is a thoughtful touch. They also make delicious esquites (a warm corn salad), serve gluten free brownies, and they do coffee. It's a small menu, but everything is delicious, gluten free, and made with love.
