I've been gluten free for close to 8 years as it's rare to find any with any real taste or substance. These donuts have both and thus are the only donuts I actually eat. So it's a treat to come into downtown Chicago. I don't have celiac but I do have pretty severe reactions to gluten so I'm very familiar with cross contamination and work hard to avoid it. Unfortunately while I have never personally had a reaction after eating their donuts, I did watch cross contamination of some cinnamon sugar donuts happen right in front of me. The girl was placing some donuts in the separate glass housing they store them in. However one of the guys needed help with the actual donut trays. So she helped as I would expect. A couple of donuts hit her hand in the process. Instead of changing out her glove she went right back to putting the remainder of the gluten free donuts out using the same hand. That wasn't impressive. While they seem to do everything right, it was obvious this girl was not properly trained to handle them.

Celiac friendly?

No
