Review of Dogfish Head

I've been eating at Dogfish Brewpub in Rehoboth for years. I used to eat here with confidence and enjoyment, but their spiel concerning cross contamination has gotten more dire in the past three years, and what with finding tonight that they have discontinued production of Tweasonale, my relationship with this place has ended. Against their advice, I had some "contaminated" grilled salmon, and happily I'm not suffering any tell tale symptoms. Still, the legalistic greeting and server's insipid banter that I can have only greens with oil and vinegar -- and no beer -- makes their chosen business model (and mine) perfectly clear: Gluten free diners, take your business and money and family someplace else. I will do so.
